Tbh I don’t see her winning
She’s just too unpopular unfortunately
I’m a twat
I’m a twat
We’re currently leaning towards dress circle right — would you recommend orchestra for short people too (lol)?
I thought that would be ideal too but unfortunately there are only single seats left in those sections!! What would be your second choice?
Best seats at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre?
Go without her? Why are you forcing her to spend time with someone she doesn’t want to spend time with?
I agree. Somehow I think if someone was making the same insinuations about Bali's daughter and some guy, Bali wouldn't be as cool with it. Given how slut-shamey the Indian community can be, I can't blame Monica 1.0 at all for not wanting people to make comments like that.
Also I love Dharma but the 'prick tease' comments were so misogynistic and inappropriate. It was legit so fucking gross that she kept saying that.
Lol? I’m not an international student?
People are coming into the country every day for far less important things than education.
The ideal situation would be no unnecessary travel period, but given the current circumstances students shouldn’t be singled out any more than all the people travelling for business or vacations.
International students are being forced to return to classes in person. Do you want them to give up their education?
They will have to quarantine and get covid tested, so I’m not sure what else you would get these students to do.
there's a comment/blog post about leann rimes being obsessed with brandi glanville on the 'deep dives' thread (it's linked in the sidebar)
I did not enjoy this
This is a real douchey comment
There is a comment about this below on this thread
Hi! The rule is technically specific to 'stan sexuality speculation' (ex. Kaylor, Liam-Harry stans who brigade/go OTT), but we also usually remove all comments that are speculating about anyone's sexuality.
In terms of comments you may have come across that have not been removed, that is usually for one of two reasons: 1) We simply haven't seen it (in which case please report the comment so we can remove it) or 2) The comment is about someone for whom there have been public allegations / that are sort of 'on the record' and can be cited/referred to (ex. John Travolta, Lindsey Graham)
Elton claims that Rush was a 'different person in private than he was in public' whatever that means
I don't fuck with DaBaby but I find it's telling that Elton John will be friends with the white, racist, rich homophobe and then goes out of his way to condemn the Black homophobe
this is probably one of the worst takes I’ve ever seen on this sub, and that’s saying something
Most of those things are examples of classism superseding sexism.
But either way, that doesn't change the fact that the culture itself is still very patriarchal / sexist. Is it more sexist than fundamentalist Muslim countries? Probably not. Is it more sexist than certain Western countries? In some senses, yes — undeniably. Government policy is not always reflective of the realities / attitudes among the people.
I agree DaBaby's comments were homophobic. I do find it interesting that Elton John chose to speak out in this instance, but that it didn't stop him from being friends with Rush Limbaugh and performing at his wedding.
228 GOP lawmakers call on Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade
Np, I agree with what you said
I'm not surprised but I can still be angry
You have got to be fucking joking
The depravity knows no bounds
